Mr. Falls was born and raised in Denver, Colorado. He is admitted to practice law in the state and federal courts of Colorado and is a member of the Denver and Colorado Bar Associations, as well as the Colorado Defense Lawyers Association and the Defense Research Institute. Mr. Falls received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics from Colorado State University in 1981, and his law degree from the University of Denver in 1988 where he received several American Jurisprudence Awards and was initiated into the Order of St. Ives for his outstanding achievement in the study of law. Prior to becoming a lawyer, Mr. Falls was employed with a large oil and gas production company. Mr. Falls has a general civil practice with emphasis in insurance, bad faith, personal injury, and products liability litigation, as well as insurance coverage analysis. His experience encompasses arbitrations, trials, and appeals. He regularly attends seminars as a speaker on insurance and bad faith.
