Mr. Marion is a native of Denver, born December 4, 1964. He received a bachelor of science degree in business administration from the University of Northern Colorado in 1987, and his law degree from the University of Wyoming in 1991. He was admitted to practice in both Colorado and Wyoming in 1991. Mr. Marion is a member of the Denver, Colorado and American Bar Association, the National Association of Subrogation Professionals, and served on the Executive Council of the Denver Bar Association, Young Lawyers Division. Mr. Marion's primary areas of practice are insurance defense and general civil litigation, including subrogation. He has experience in personal injury, products liability, construction liability, professional liability, general business matters, and all areas of subrogation. Mr. Marion co-authored "A Primer on the Colorado No-Fault Act," Wyoming Lawyer (February 1993). Mr. Marion's leisure time is spent hiking camping, canoing, skiing, and occasionally skydiving.
